Self®, also known as SelfX.

Self is Physical AI Recovery: an AI-powered, therapist-trained recovery robot for premium fitness clubs, workplaces, and partner venues. Clothes-on, on demand, 15-minute sessions. The short name SelfX is the same company and product, the way SpaceX is a short name for Space Exploration Technologies.

Self Wellness ApS builds recovery infrastructure.

The legal entity is Self Wellness ApS. We design the Self robot, operator software, and partner programs from Copenhagen, manufacture in Spain, and operate live sessions in London and Switzerland, with a broader European rollout from 2027. More than 10,000 sessions have been delivered with a 4.7/5 member rating.

Therapist-quality recovery that can actually scale.

Most recovery either needs a person on a rota or runs the same generic program for every body. Self scans in 3D, plans around the person on the table, and runs clothes-on in fifteen minutes. Clubs use it to attract members, lift retention, and earn from the floor. Workplaces use it as a perk people will actually take. Distributors deploy it in hotels, malls, offices, and other venues.

SelfX is not a home consumer gadget, not psychotherapy, and not medical treatment. Members use it at a partner venue. Operators lease or buy the robot and keep the member price they set.
