### How are sessions personalized for each member?

A 3D scan maps shape and posture on every visit. The recovery robot adapts pressure and focus in real time. Then remembers the member for next time, so recovery fits a little better every session.

### How does the recovery robot work?

Self is a recovery robot: therapist-grade percussion on a six-axis arm, guided by software that reads the body in 3D and adapts every session. Members lie down fully clothed, set intensity and focus, and the system runs autonomously.

### How is Self different from a massage chair?

A massage chair runs one fixed program for one assumed body shape. Self scans your body in 3D every visit and places percussion exactly where you need it. A six-axis arm reaches areas a chair cannot, and remembers you next time.

### How much does it cost?

### Do members need to undress?

No. Sessions are clothes-on and private. Most people are in and out in fifteen minutes.
