Delete your Self recovery account

This page is for Self recovery by Self Wellness ApS. Use it to request deletion of your Self recovery account and associated data.

How to delete your account

  1. In the Self recovery app (fastest): Sign in → Profile → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt. This immediately deletes your account.
  2. By email: Write to support@self.io from the email address on your account. Use the subject Delete my Self recovery account. We process email requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Your account, name, email, profile photo, bookings, session history, credits, membership, and marketing contact.

Data that is kept

Payment and invoice records we must retain for tax and bookkeeping law. Crash reports in error monitoring until that system’s normal retention (typically up to 90 days).

Partial deletion

Self recovery does not offer a way to delete some personal data while keeping the account. You can update your name or profile photo in Profile. To remove bookings, session history, and other account data, delete the account.
