Do I need to undress?

Clothing is optional. It feels great even with clothing on.

What is percussion massage?

Percussion is a form of massage therapy that vibrates around 1750 times per minute.

How long is each session?

The default is 25 minutes, and with 10 minutes buffer time. Some locations may vary in duration.

Are there any health considerations and contraindications?

Massage in general has a bunch of contraindications, you can read them here.

Is it safe?

It cannot move fast enough to hurt a human. There are also hardware restrictions on how hard it can actually pressure. It is CE marked and very safe to use.

How is it compared to traditional massage?

Our massage is very different than traditional massage. There are pros and cons. The con is it doesn't feel like human hands. Some pros include you are completely in private, and have more control of the experience.

How do I book an appointment?

To book an appointment you simply go to
If you are not already logged in you will need to enter your email and name, and only the introductory sessions will be available to book. If you are logged in already, you can book all sessions with minimum friction.

Can we use our own badges to check-in?

Yes! We can easily map your existing staff badges (NFC, or Rfid based chips) to the massages.

How can we finance the robot?

The robot can be financed by renting it (monthly/yearly payments), or by buying it (either through us or through a leasing company).

Do you store sensitive information?

The massage data is decoupled from the userdata which means it is free of sensitive information (also known as PII). The userdata is stored securely in the cloud following modern security and privacy standards and being GDPR compliant.

Can we use our own room booking system?

We can both integrate into your existing room booking system, or deliver our own intuitive easy-to-use booking system.

Is it similar to a human massage?

Some people say the after-effects are similar, but the experience is very different. There are both pros and cons with both.

Whats required from us?

We require a room of minimum 2x3 meters, and a standard electric output.

Who pays for the robot?

The robot can be financed either through the employees, the company or a split.

Are you GDPR compliant?

We treat privacy and safety with absolute respect. Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant.

How fast can you deliver?

At most there is a 2 months wait-time from confirmation to deployment at your office. Sometimes we have a robot in stock which would significantly reduce the wait-time. Once arrived, it takes us 4 hours to deploy the robot at your location.

Can we try before we buy?

Yes! We offer 2 weeks free demo for corporate locations with over 80 employees.

Do you deliver a booking system to us?

We can both integrate into your existing room booking system, or deliver our own intuitive easy-to-use booking system.

Can employees pay for it using the gross-salary scheme?

Yes, this effectively means a further saving of 35-42% for the employees.
