What exactly is included in the €1,416/month?
Everything. The robot itself, delivery and installation, all servicing and maintenance, 24/7 technical support and monitoring, staff training, your launch marketing kit, and the member booking and payment tools — plus ongoing R&D: new massage modalities and a recovery AI that gets smarter every session. There's no upfront capital cost and no separate service contract — that €1,416 is your all-in cost.
Do you set what members pay?
No — you do. We publish a suggested retail price (around €35/month as an add-on, or €15 per 15-minute session) because it's working today at clubs like Third Space, but the final member price is entirely your decision. Use the calculator above to see how different prices flow to your bottom line.
How much space does it need?
About 4 m² and a standard power socket. There's no construction or dedicated room required — and if you have no floor to spare, the Recovery Pod is a self-contained enclosure you simply plug in.
How many members can one unit serve?
A single unit comfortably handles around 1,400 sessions a month. At a recommended 4 sessions per member, that's roughly 350 active subscribers per unit before you'd consider adding a second — the calculator flags it when your usage approaches capacity.
Is there a long contract?
We offer flexible lease terms and short paid pilots so you can prove it on your own floor before committing — exactly how Third Space started. Your sales contact will walk you through the options.
Is it safe and suitable for all members?
Yes. Self is CE marked, uses a human-safe collaborative robotic arm with multiple independent safety layers, and is delivered clothes-on with the member in full control — they can pause or stop at any time.
