We also use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics, and (where you consent) marketing. If you book or use Self recovery through the member app, that platform has its own account and session data; see the full policy and the account-deletion page.
How we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, route you to the right person, and, where you ask us to, add you to a marketing list. We do not sell personal data. We keep enquiry records as long as needed to handle the request and meet bookkeeping or legal duties. Payment and invoice records from the recovery product are retained where tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or a restriction of processing, and you can object to marketing. To delete a Self recovery member account, use the in-app Delete Account flow or email support@self.io from the address on the account. For marketing-site questions, email self@self.io.
